We are looking for a
Production Scheduler to join our team to schedule production for the Juneau facility and work closely with operations and supply chain personnel in all areas of production.

What you'll do:

Evaluate production needs and schedule production for the facility incoming raw materials, processing in departments, and work instructions for assigned areas.
Work with operations and supply chain functions to ensure timely production and delivery of products to customers.
Collect, analyze, and report data related to production throughput, processing times, and yield rates for all products.
Work in Microsoft Excel, JD Edwards, and Microsoft systems to schedule and report production data.
Work with operations and quality departments to investigate and resolve raw materials issues, yield issues, and customer complaints.
Complete end of month reporting on raw material, finished good, and supporting inventory.
Assist in supervising and scheduling production employees on all shifts.

What you'll bring:

Degree in Business or Engineering discipline preferred.
Demonstrated experience in production scheduling, operations, and supply chain.
Ability to learn all operations areas, personnel, and processing times for batches.
A positive and cando attitude.
Root cause analysis experience.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Experience working in an ERP system, preferably JDE as well as Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
