Introduction:

Join our team in the Information & Communication Services (ICS) division of SPIE Deutschland & Central Europe GmbH in Bothell.

In the ICS division, we combine our expertise in information, security, and media technology and offer full-service solutions to our nationwide clients with over 30 locations and a team of employees.

We are currently seeking a Service Technician for Information/Communication Technology Alcatel (m/f/d) to join our ICS division at our Bothell location.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician for Information/Communication Technology Alcatel (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of information technology/communication technology (ICT) systems (e.g. Alcatel) and their applications and/or network technology (e.g. Cisco, Extreme).
In this role, you will also ensure the operation, adaptation, and expansion of these systems (field service).
You will also provide support to our clients according to the agreed service level agreements.

Your profile:

You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering or telecommunications (electronics, IT system electronics, telecommunications, or similar).
You also have some years of professional experience working with communication systems and equipment (e.g. Alcatel or similar).
