Coordinator and Training Advisor for Young Adults

The Wille gGmbH is looking for a coordinator and training advisor to join a team that supports young people in successfully completing their education.

You will work in a small team that supports young adults on their educational journey, helping them overcome challenges in their training and develop their professional and social skills.

Profile/Qualifications:

Completed (university) degree, preferably in the social or educational field
Experience in project coordination
Organizational skills, strategic thinking, and structured work approach, strong team player and resilience
Good knowledge of training paths and requirements in Berlin
Experience working with young adults is an advantage
Intercultural competencies and excellent communication and digital skills
