    Shift/Schedule

    • 4 days a week – 10 hour shifts ( 4x10s)
    • WED to SAT - 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
    • SUN to WED 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM

    Position Overview

    • The Enterprise NOC team is reacting to tickets for alarms versus calls
    • Infrastructure focused – monitoring core and edge devices
    • Monitoring maintenance window work
    • Multiple customers
    • Working on core and access layer
    • Juniper MXs & QFXs, Cisco 9k, and Alcatels.

    Target Skill Set/Experience

    • Any experience in an operations center
    • Can handle the stress level of working an outage
    • Important to have good communication skills – proper grammar – will be required to send internal team and external emails/updates
    • Interest in networking
    • CCNA is great
    • Troubleshooting and technical skills

    Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire

    Pay: $ $27.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
