Please note, the shift for this position is Wednesday - Saturday 12:30 pm - 11 pm CST.

WHAT OUR NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER TECHNICIANS ENJOY MOST

  • Perform routine and documented functions while troubleshooting escalations.
  • Encourage reliable service through 24/7 shiftcoverage surveillance or basic triage based on fundamental technical concepts.
  • Provide service monitoring, assurance and reliability to meet MSAs and SLAs.
  • Identify and execute processes and procedures and escalate as needed to resolve undocumented or complex issues.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISE

  • Required Qualifications_
-
Education: Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
-
Skills: Analytical, organizational, time management and interpersonal English communication
-
Abilities: Ability to read and follow documented processes and procedures.

  • Preferred Qualifications_
  • Two or more years of event management experience.
  • Cisco or Juniper certification or equivalent.
  • Cell tower backhaul or commercial experience.
