What to expect from us:
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for payroll and timekeeping for a defined group of employees You are the contact person and advisor for our employees, as well as managers, authorities, and social security institutions for all matters related to payroll processing Processing of reporting and certification, as well as creating monthly reports and evaluations, are part of your tasks You will use our SAP HCM system as a tool for your daily work What we expect from you: Successfully completed commercial training combined with several years of professional experience in payroll processing In-depth knowledge and experience with German tax, social security, and labor laws, as well as payroll processes, are mandatory Proficient in MS Office products Knowledge of SAP is desirable Enjoyment and openness to new things A careful, agile, and self-directed way of working with a strong sense of independence Team orientation, flexibility, communication skills, and empathy What you can expect from Weber: The Weber Group is growing, and we
