The Operating Room Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of

12 OR Suites, Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services and supported by 2 Assistant Nurse Managesr and 120 FTE's.

The department averages 18,000 + cases annually.

Seeking an experience leader with a moinimum of 3 years Nurse Manager Leadership experience in a similar size Operating Room.

Candidate must be Bachelor's prepared and a licensed registered nurse in the state of North Carolina. Seeking an individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships while holding the staff accountable.
