Chery Automobile is a leading Chinese auto company and an international brand with a presence in over 80 countries and regions. We are currently seeking a (Senior) Engineer – Data Engineer of Vehicle Battery for our Engineering Center in Raunheim, near Frankfurt.

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team, dedicated to developing customized cars for the European market.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our European vehicles, both locally and globally, in collaboration with our teams at our headquarters in China.

Job Description:

  • Classify and manage different failures, conduct technical exploration and upgrades, and implement improvements to solve problems and refine failure analysis results for our early warning platform.
  • Analyze, monitor, and diagnose vehicle data, establish early warning standards, and develop early warning mechanisms.
  • Have a deep understanding and practical experience in big data analysis and machine learning.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Big Data, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing battery early warning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java) and database query language (e.g. SQL
