America's Favorite Jeweler, Ross-Simons (a division of Luxury Brand Holdings) is seeking an entrepreneurial and results driven ECommerce Merchandiser. The Ecommerce Merchandiser is responsible for category and product merchandising on the Ross-Simons website.

The role is responsible for driving high customer engagement, product level promotions, improving overall category sales volume, and driving growth for our brands.

As the Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will drive our strategy of delivering an effective shopping experience for our customers through use of industry best practices and merchant instincts.

You will be responsible for ideating, executing, and testing strategies to improve our website's conversion funnels.

Operating multiple go-to-market strategies, we are expanding our footprint with new brands designed to reach broader consumer demographics.

What You Will Do

  • Wake up in the morning thinking about how to grow the business and satisfy consumer's fine jewelry needs
  • Obsess about full consumer experience and all consumer touchpoints with a focus on "product, price, promotion and placement" of our brands and product categories. You will suggest and execute tactical and strategic ideas that will enhance the customer experience and improve conversion.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to identify key merchandise trends and support them through marketing and site content exposure to drive category sales.
  • Oversee the timely execution of online content and product setup activities, including all marketing events and promotional content, marketing copy and promotional imagery preparation.
  • Create and execute category specific site merchandising optimizations, determining the attribute structure, navigation pathways and landing experiences to best drive product discoverability and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to track performance of curated assortments and understand what merchandise placements are resonating with our customers and what content slots drive sales.
  • Partner with eCommerce product management team to develop concepts, page layouts, navigation, and other solutions to maximize sales and optimize the customer experience.
  • Manage eCommerce visual merchandising efforts to optimize selling and visibility of style offerings.
  • Monitor our competition to identify trends and opportunities in product categories, new merchandising opportunities and customer experience enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (e.g. content teams, creative, digital marketing, and customer service) and vendors; promptly respond to all communications and collaborate with key stake holders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Proof items/audit content to ensure bestinclass copy, imagery and videos are offered to our customers.
  • Work with Planning and Inventory Management team to determine product availability for sale and clearance strategies.
  • Manage and develop an ecommerce merchandising analyst to assist with delivering on your overall objectives and goals.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Minimum of 5 to 6 years of marketing experience within the luxury or fashion consumer goods industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent in both strategic thinking and execution
  • Strong relationship building and management skills
  • Result driven with an inspiring cando attitude and a team player spirit
  • Proactivity and startup mindset: ability to move, propose new ideas and take initiative
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of creativity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
