    About the Role of Pool Server:

    Pool Servers have an eye for detail, ensure the outdoor area is clean, actively greet guests, deliver food and drink, provide lounge set up, anticipate guests' needs, and are knowledgeable about all available cocktail and menu options. Essential functions for the role include but are not limited to:

    -The ability to offer guests of the pool an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

    -The ability to provide general cleaning of the pool areas throughout the day. -The ability to provide information and assistance to hotel/resort, guests, as requested, and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation.

    -The ability to report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately.

    -The ability to anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.

    -The ability to serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner.

    -The ability to complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.

    -The ability to present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day.

    -The ability to utilize the hotel's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks, and completing closing readings.

    -The ability to carry trays and bus tables.

    -The ability to ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.

    - The ability to handle a guest walkout.

    -The ability to report any accident immediately, no matter how minor, to a manager.

    -The ability to recognize and address potential intoxicated, disruptive or undesirable guests.

    -The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

    -Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat, and summer conditions.

    -Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.

    What we are looking for:

    As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our servers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. In addition to schedule, we are looking for:
    • Knowledge of MICROS software preferred
    • One to two years experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
    • Positive and friendly demeanor
    • Work authorization in the United States
