What would I be doing?:

The Restaurant Busperson is responsible for assisting the service team in consistently providing their guests with exceptional food, superlative service, elegant dcor and exquisite presentations. Every detail that surrounds the experience is attended to the Guest. The Restaurant Busperson is part of the service team that strictly adheres to the Forbes/AAA Five-Star standards through cleaning of dining areas, tables and server areas; setting tables with dishes, napkins, silverware, glassware and condiments.

• Provide clean china, silverware and glassware upon request from guests.
• Sets up tables with dishes, linen, flatware, etc.
• Attends to guests needs/requests, i.e., refilling beverages, condiments.
• Is attentive to the needs of guests in a polite and helpful way.
• Assists wait staff with tray service as needed.
• Ability to carry and stock all necessary items and lift up to 20.
• Ability to move effectively and efficiently throughout the areas.
• Ability to stand throughout an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of team member.

(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)

The skills and abilities necessary to effectively perform within this classification are typically acquired through 6 months of on-the-job training or related experience. Stable work history required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):

Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions

Must successfully pass background check

Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening

Must be 18 years of age

Delivers superior internal and external guest service in Boyd Style.
