Travel RN for High-Risk Pregnancies

Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
AM Shift: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Job Description
The Travel RN will be responsible for delivering patient care to a diverse population with a focus on high-risk pregnancies. The role requires a strong understanding of growth and development across the lifespan and excellence in clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive and accurate patient assessments.
- Provide direct patient care consistent with clinical responsibilities.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation in line with guidelines.
- Demonstrate professionalism and responsibility within practice.
- Promote patient satisfaction through professional interactions.
- Follow National Patient Safety Goals and safe transfer techniques.
- Individualize care based on surgical conditions and diagnoses.
- Educate patients and families on pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Evaluate adherence to Pre Admission Testing (PAT) orders.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- ACLS Certification - Required
- BLS Certification - Required
- Active RN License - Required
- Previous travel experience with high-risk pregnancies in large hospital settings.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
