Job Overview

Responsibilities:


  • Process Amazon EDI purchase orders accurately and timely, liaising with warehouses and Amazon to ensure proper shipment.
  • Maintain and organize data and files for easy retrieval and reference. Verify data accuracy through review and validation processes.
  • Coordinate information interdepartmentally, providing accurate updates and prompt followup as needed.
  • Manage data entry and processing tasks between information systems and Excel spreadsheets, utilizing advanced functionalities like Pivot Tables for reporting.
  • Generate and analyze reports, leveraging Excel's capabilities to create dynamic visual representations of data. Understand Amazon's KPI's and effectively communicate outcomes.
  • Plan and oversee advertising campaigns for Amazon with our PPC agency, including Sponsored Products, and Sponsored Brands. Monitor campaign ACoS and spend metrics.
  • Oversee operational chargebacks from Amazon, including analyzing chargeback reasons, disputing invalid charges, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Track and work on compliance management with internal Teams. Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and regulations.
  • Perform additional functions as assigned, adapting quickly to Amazon's evolving needs and priorities.

Job Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience.
  • Experience with Amazon preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sage X3, Amazon Vendor Central, and basic understanding of Macros is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, shortcuts, and formulas) and Outlook.
  • Detailoriented, highly organized, and punctual.
  • Efficient communication with exceptional followup and followthrough.
  • Excellent analytical skills for datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in pop culture (movies, TV, toys, etc.).
  • Must be able to commute to our Westbury office.
