We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Lead with expertise in CAB interiors and exteriors, familiarity with the tool Kola, and a background in Volvo systems.
The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful execution of projects related to CAB design and development.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for CAB interiors and exteriors design and development.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to production.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure alignment and integration of CAB components.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in CAB design processes and methodologies.
Oversee the development and implementation of engineering solutions to meet project requirements and specifications.
Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert in CAB interiors and exteriors, leveraging knowledge of Volvo systems and industry trends.
Utilize the tool Kola effectively to streamline design processes and improve efficiency.
Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth.
Salary Range:
$70,000-75,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
