Behavior Therapist I & II (Senior)

What We Offer:

Hybrid Roles: Flexible in-person and Telehealth options, with greater demand for in-person sessions initially. Transition to more Telehealth after 90 days.

Competitive Pay & Bonuses: Starting at $22-$23 per hour for Behavior Therapist I and $24-$28 per hour for Behavior Therapist II, with additional compensation for fluency in Spanish, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin.

About the Role:


Behavior Therapist I

Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy in various settings
  • Teach adaptive skills and manage behaviors of concern
  • Use ABA teaching methods (DTT, NET, PRT) and maintain empirical data
  • Communicate with Program Manager/Clinical Director
  • Complete daily clinic notes and data, and organize teaching materials

Qualifications:


  • B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field (or currently pursuing) or significant ABA experience
  • Training in ABA fundamentals
  • Experience working with children with special needs, such as Autism

Behavior Therapist II (Senior)

Responsibilities:


  • All duties of Behavior Therapist I
  • Shadow, substitute, and train entrylevel therapists

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Familiarity with ABA tools/methods and principles of behavior modification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs
  • Excellent verbal, written, and problemsolving skills
  • Computer savvy

Requirements for All Applicants:


  • Reliable transportation as in a vehicle to drive from client to client
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to provide negative TB test results
  • Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting (partial compensation provided)
  • Access to a computer with an internet connection
  • Mobile phone with an ongoing service plan (partial compensation provided)
