Description

The Lion Baker Schaper is looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the specialty shops and cafés in the Braunschweig and Wolfenbüttel area.

Tasks and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and personnel planning in the individual specialty shops and will work closely with the management team.

Your Profile:

You are resilient, flexible, and have good people skills. In addition, you are an organizational and planning talent who can quickly adapt to new situations and enjoys getting involved.

Ideally, you have successfully completed training as a specialist salesperson or baker, as well as additional qualifications that meet the requirements (e.g. as a sales manager or with a training certificate), a valid driver's license, and professional experience in the trade.

A company phone & tablet as well as a company car will be provided.

We offer a 5-day week with flexible working hours.
