We are currently seeking Seasonal Full-Time Design Assistant to join our team of outstanding employees

POSITION OVERVIEW
Seasonal design assistant for licensed Brands to help bring product to market. The position entails working and assisting multiple designers with submissions and cads for presentations. The position will require a commitment for 4 months working 40 hours a week. Opportunity for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with licensing
Proficient in working in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel programs.
Experience working with product management software is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in sample development and communications with factories.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Design Assistant will partner with the Category Manager and Designers to help:

Assist with Submissions to licensors and help follow up on comments
Set up CAD templates for Product decks for retailers
Opportunity to work on design modifications
Track Project deadlines and keep a pulse on the activities within the team.
Stay on top of submissions and communication with the licensor
Assist working on tech packs to send to Overseas operations.
Support Designers in their daily operations
Must be able to sketch a bag and add specs to tech packs

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in design for Apparel/ Accessories, Visual Communications, Fashion/Industrial

BUSINESS HOURS
We have a work-from-home flexible schedule. We work 3 days in office and 2 from home. Schedules can vary based on deadlines

SALARY RANGE
$40.00-$45.00 per hour
