  • Assuming the role of a occupational safety specialist according to §6 ASiG and DGUV regulation 2
  • Advising managers and employees, particularly in the planning of workplaces, procurement of technical equipment, introduction of work procedures and substances, ergonomics in the workplace, and assessment of working conditions
  • Compliance with internal and external guidelines, regulations, and laws
  • Independent planning and conducting of workplace inspections in cooperation with managers, as well as addressing and documenting identified deficiencies
  • Supporting managers in creating risk assessments
  • Participating in conducting training/instructions on accident and health hazards, as well as measures to prevent these hazards
  • Investigating and evaluating workplace accidents and developing measures to prevent them
  • Maintaining contact with occupational safety, approval, and supervisory authorities
