Description

South Hero is seeking a Technical and Process Development Specialist for our Infrastructure module, with a focus on Managed DB.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and continuously improving the Infrastructure module
  • Providing consulting and support for solution architecture and technical aspects during proposal creation
  • Acting as a technical expert for Workplace solutions in project management
  • Representing the module services externally
  • Assisting the Product Owner in analyzing requirements for the module
To be successful in this role, you should have:


  • Completed IT studies or a comparable education
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in creating complex architectures for Managed DB solutions, ideally with VS-NfD infrastructures
  • Excellent knowledge of market-standard database systems (such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle DB, mySQL, Postgre, MariaDB, MongoDB)
  • Strong focus on quality and customer orientation, with good communication skills at all levels
  • High analytical skills for end-to-end service planning of complex service chains, and ideally an ITIL certification
  • Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken
