Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyse potential investment opportunities, focusing on market trends, financial performance, and risk factors.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memos, financial models, and presentations to inform investment decisions.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to execute complex projects and manage investment disbursement.
- Oversee project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to address challenges.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to project teams, based on industry best practices and datadriven analysis.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, such as industry experts, financial institutions, and legal advisors.
- Work with government agencies to finalise deals related to finance, trade, and industrial development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred or Doctorate.
- A minimum of 1015 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate finance, with experience in disbursement and recovery.
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
- Proven project management abilities, including the successful oversight of complex initiatives from start to finish.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Specialisation in entrepreneur development.
