Social Worker, Social or Special Education Teacher (m/f/d)
(30-35 hours/week), permanent
for our integration assistance in Cologne, BeWo in Cologne-Kalk.

Job description
You will be working in the outreach social pedagogical support of people with mental disabilities. You are responsible for creating and updating the BEI NRW and cooperate and network with other support services. You advocate for resource activation in the respective life context and support the beneficiaries in their daily lives. If necessary, you develop measures for crisis intervention.
