Challenging tasks:

  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality in ongoing operations, as well as continuously improving existing production processes in terms of quality, cost, and efficiency
  • Integration of the latest manufacturing technologies, including validation and qualification, while considering modern technologies and best practices
  • Handling process-specific deviations and changes
  • Acting as the interface between quality, engineering, and production, and managing cross-functional teams
  • Project management, including the introduction or improvement of new systems, machines, tanks, etc.
  • Creating process documentation, training employees, and ensuring process compliance

For people with many qualities:

  • Successfully completed degree (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields
  • Several years of professional experience in process optimization, preferably in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry and in GMP-compliant production of pharmaceutical products
  • Basic knowledge of LEAN and project management
  • First experience in (project) leading small teams is advantageous
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovative mindset
  • High level of teamwork, flexibility, composure, and communication skills
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
