    Job Title:
    General Manager

    Job Summary:
    Are you ready to be the driving force in creating an engaging and welcoming environment at Elite Sports Clubs? As our General Manager, you'll be the strategic mind behind our club's overall operations, setting objectives, and bringing about wonders. Get prepared to connect, socialize, and ensure every member's journey is memorable.

    Job Duties:

    • Budgeting Whiz:
      Assist in formulating annual operating and capital improvements budgets.
    • Supervisor Extraordinaire:
      Directly oversee all supervisory staff and indirectly manage all line staff.
    • Captain of Operations:
      Lead all departments, offering guidance, training, and nurturing staff morale.
    • Marketing Maven:
      Aid in creating advertising campaigns and establishing the club as the center of attention.
    • Membership Marvel:
      Advocate for and market club memberships and programs with style.
    • Complaint Connoisseur:
      Address member and employee grievances expertly, cultivating a team spirit along the way.
    • Event Enthusiast:
      Engage in club events and classes, infusing them with your distinctive energy.

    Working Conditions:
    Brace yourself for a whirlwind of excitement with varying schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends, averaging 50-60 hours per week. But hey, it's all part of the excitement.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in health club management preferred. Strong managerial and leadership abilities are essential.
