Job summary
The primary therapist will provide individual therapy group therapy family therapy treatment planning document all treatment processes ensure implementation of the treatment plan in all aspects of programming plan for smooth transition discharge.Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ability to provide comprehensive ongoing assessments resulting in appropriate treatment discharge recommendations Patient's BioPsychoSocial completed filed patient chart.
- Create an individualized treatment plan appropriate PHP goals objectives continually monitors progress re-evaluates appropriateness goals.
- Demonstrate knowledge practice clinical interviewing counseling skills serve liaison between patient families EDCare team ensure patients seen individual therapy clinically indicated twice weekly PHP.
