Job summary:
The Primary Therapist role involves providing direct client care through individual and group therapy assessments treatment planning and crisis management.
Responsibilities include developing and monitoring personalized treatment plans facilitating care coordination conducting screenings ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with standards.
- A Master's Degree in counseling or social work licensure or pending approval preferred certifications CAC II CAC III or LAC are required.
