    Job DescriptionJob Description

    CII is looking for qualified Construction Project Managers or Structural Professional Engineers with 6+ years of experience, in the commercial sector, capable of managing the full lifecycle of building fabrication and installation.

    Salary range: $60K - $100K based on experience

    Job Skills & Qualifications:

    6+ years of experience in Commercial Construction is required.

    Management experience of multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in cost from 100K to 5M

    Ability to read and understand blue prints, design, and engineering

    Thorough working knowledge of Project Management and Scheduling

    Must have good communication skills and be able to manages sub-contractors and crews

    Responsibilities:

    Ensure that all projects and deliverables are completed properly within the scope of contract

    Manage required project documentation, such as SOW, RFI, and drawings

    Have thorough knowledge of all contractual requirements for active projects

    Scheduling of installation crews and material delivery to job sites

    Use of Fabrication and Construction Management Software for Project Management

    Assist in the development of project plans and scheduling

    Prepare requests for information to vendors and sub-contractors for services and supplies

    Act as the liaison between the customers General Contractor and our companys trades

    Take responsibility for the preparation of technical specifications, reports and other documentation required to meet contract requirements.
