Your job as project manager (m/f/d) UmweltQuartier

You are responsible for the success of the "UmweltQuartier" sub-project and are the contact person (m/f/d) for all tenants in the UmweltHaus from the signing of the lease to handover
You coordinate all tenant matters in consultation with the construction management and specialist planners and are responsible for their implementation
You proactively manage external partners of the project, prepare decisions for the steering committee or overall project management, and then implement them. You always keep an eye on the timing, costs, and quality of implementation based on defined project parameters
You represent the role of the client towards partners and tenants
You work with partners to develop quality and budget goals for the sub-project and monitor their implementation
