Training Coordinator/instructor - Phoenix, United States - LifeTree Inc.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver weekly trainings and orientations (which you will be trained on) to new and existing employees.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, Zoom room setup, and materials preparation.
- Manage a departmental inbox for scheduling and monitoring employee progress.
- Develop relationships with onboarding Providers and clients through warm and confident service.
- Address client inquiries and concerns regarding course instruction and the onboarding process.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Use proprietary software, which we will train you to use
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year administrative or instructional experience required.
- Bilingual preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive demeanor and a desire to help and connect to others.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity
- Knowledge of DDD services and FOCUS system, not required, but a plus
