    Description
    Summary:We're seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead a team in converting engineering designs into detailed part drawings. Collaborate with Sales, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing to enhance product development.
    Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year (experience-dependent)
    Responsibilities:
    • Train, lead, and manage a group of 5-6 design engineer employees.
    • Proactively collaborate to improve manufacturability and productivity.
    • Guide engineering personnel in detailed drawings and bills of materials.
    • Control costs, enhance efficiency, and support ISO objectives.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • 6+ years of relevant experience.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, steel plate, structural fabrication, and Microsoft Office.
    • Analytical skills to anticipate needs and evaluate business environments.
    • Proactive in resolving team breakdowns resulting from change.
    • Goal-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
