    You will be required to support and lead the team under the guidance of the Operations Manager, manage the rotas and ensure smooth and effective running of the practice.

    **Essential skills of the successful candidate must include:**

    Strong leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate.

    Good communication and the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver quality, and consistent patient outcomes.

    The ability to support the Aspire Leadership Team in maintaining high standards of information governance.

    A considerate approach to ensure, and promote, a positive, fair, and safe working environment for all members of the team.

    The ability to step up as a deputy to the Operations Manager as, and when, required.

    **Ideal Experience:**

    Previous experience of working in a GP practice using EMIS.

    Successfully leading teams and managing rotas.

    Effectively prioritizing work, multi-tasking, and engaging teams to deliver patient outcomes.

    Complaint handling and patient experience management.
