With over 11,000 at-risk members, we provide primary care and other services to seniors and families in our medical centers that are comfortable, convenient and staffed with caring professionals. Our activity and wellness facilities are filled with health plan members who know us for our distinct events and programs that cater to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction for the medical staff in a Medicare Advantage, value-based healthcare company
Direct primary care to patients in the Mansfield, Texas area
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Board certification in a relevant specialty
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
