- Nurse Practitioner support, Currently 5 to 5 (Nurse Practitioner to Physician).
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification/ board eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Spanish speaking is strongly preferred, or must have the ability to speak through an interpreter
- Willingness to see up to 25 patients per day
