Duties:
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes following traditional and modern recipes
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for sushi ingredients as needed
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling and preparing sushi
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of various sushi types and presentation techniques
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and rice cookers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in meal preparation
- Certification in food handling is preferred but not required
Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
