    • $1,192 starting weekly average gross, paid bi-weekly

    • We pay more based off previous CDL Motorcoach/ passenger experience

    • Charter bus drivers, usually 70% local, with 30% over the road

    • CDL-B or CDL-A required , with a passenger endorsement.

      *Responsibilities: *

    • Master the Roads: Drive Motorcoaches safely and professionally.

    • Explore Exciting Routes: Provide transportation services to various destinations, including the vibrant locales of Black Hawk, Central City, local charters, over-the-road charters, and Denver Metro area contracts.

    • Milestone Achieved: Travel more than 2.5 million miles annually, serving over 500,000 clients.

    • Safety at the Helm: Adhere to all safety regulations and uphold the high standards of our company policies.

      *Compensation and Benefits: *

    • Your Journey, Your Reward: Hourly base wage $22-$24/ hour (based on experience) + daily incentives, tips, and gratuities.

    • Above and Beyond: 10% above 40" incentive for hours worked over 40 in a week.

    • Earnings Unveiled: Earnings potential estimates based on hourly rate and incentives.

      *Driver Roles: *

    • Adventurous Schedules: Charter Drivers work a flexible schedule, including local transfers, day/evening trips, continuous loop shuttles, and more.

    • *Elevate the Excitement: *Casino Shuttle Drivers typically follow a more defined schedule with various shifts, involving roundtrips and short-haul exceptions.

      *Application Requirements: *

    • Unlock Opportunities: US work authorization (Required).

    • Steer with Expertise: CDL for at least 2 years.

    • *Be a trailblazer: *Passenger Endorsement (Required)

    • Safety First: Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

    • Navigate Cleanly: Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and criminal background.

    • Experience Matters: Must be 23 years of age or older.

    • Strength Meets Versatility: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.

      Note: Ramblin Express values its professional drivers, employing them for charters and shuttles, both intrastate and interstate. Drivers are expected to follow Hours of Service (HOS) limitations and may perform non-driving tasks assigned. Full-time opportunities are available.
