    Overview

    Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

    PRN/Part Time – Home Risk Assessments

    $1,500 Sign On Bonus

    About the Position:

    Matrix providers conduct comprehensive health assessments during visits that can last up to one hour. This in-depth analysis covers a member's health, medical history, and social environment, identifying potential care gaps and improving overall well-being.

    Responsibilities

    Matrix providers conduct Adult/Geriatric Assessments, diagnosis, treatment, referrals, and documentation according to guidelines. They collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide services in various settings.

    Qualifications

    • Master's Degree or equivalent experience required
    • Current RN and NP/PA licensure with prescription authority
    • Board certification in a relevant specialty
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
    • Strong communication and computer skills
    • Flexibility and ability to travel

    Travel Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Travel may be necessary

    Type: PRN-Flexible-Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

    Hours: Days, Evening, Nights, weekend

    PAY: $90.00 or $115.00 per completed Assessment

    Benefits: Limited Voluntary Benefits for PRN providers

    Mileage reimbursement and incentives for completed assessments

    This is a PRN position with no guaranteed hours.
