- Deliver services in different settings including home visits, facilities, and telehealth
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience for NP/PA licensure
- Current RN and NP/PA licensure with prescription authority
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Travel flexibility and positive attitude
- Ability to travel, valid driver's license, and access to a car
- Travel to meet patients at their residences

PAY: $90.00 or $115.00 per Assessment
Location: Greenville, New York
Hours: Flexible scheduling
