As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
• Assist in seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space
• Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu items, and promotions
• Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information as needed
• Manage waitlist during peak hours and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
• Monitor dining area for cleanliness and organization, promptly addressing any issues
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist with general restaurant tasks as needed Requirements:
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems and phone etiquette
• Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
