A Family and Community Liaison is needed immediately for a growing home care business in MetroWest & Boston, MA area.

Help us raise the level of home care in the Boston area.

You will be proud to help us grant seniors their #1 wishto continue to live independently in their homes during retirement.

We provide award-winning care, through being an Employer of Choice of home care companies in the Boston area (based on 3rd-party employee/client interviews).


As the Family and Community Liaison, you will:

  • Build and execute a Marketing Plan to achieve growth targets
  • Lead brand awareness efforts, and prepare/deliver presentations to groups in the community
  • Engage with community partners, building relationships
  • Manage the sales funnel, responding to all lead inquiries and onboarding new clients/families
  • Communicate & work collaboratively with referral partners, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to strategic plan for longterm business growth.

Full-time hours. Flexible schedule with some hybrid work offered. Approx. 60-80% time working in the community.


Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and multitasking skills to manage parallel efforts on new initiatives, lead management and community outreach
  • Solid organizational skills, with tremendous attention to detail
  • A Can-Do attitude with problem solving skills, and able to work independently
  • Sufficient computer skills to foster a paperless work environment
  • Health care and/or home care experience preferred; RN/LPN, LSW, OT, PT encouraged to apply.
  • Travel to clients' homes and community partners in the MetroWest and Boston areas

Pay:
$ $50.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
