Description
SLS Houston is looking to hire an office assistant. The office assistant is the first person a customer sees when walking into the office. You must be professional, outgoing, and organized. Business attire is required.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean reception area, including lounge and associated areas.
  • Order and organize office supplies.
  • Greet customers and tend to any of their needs.
  • Update and maintain vehicle inventory within the system.
  • Order parts and supplies from vendors.
  • Answers phones, directs calls, takes and delivers messages.
  • Handles all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Schedules and manages the shipping of vehicles.
  • Digitally file documents and warranties.
  • Running local errands is occasionally required.
  • Assist all staff members with administrative tasks when asked.
  • Vehicle Inventory Input

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to multitask
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technology skills
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.

Working hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, One Saturday a month 10am-3pm


Pay Range:
$15-17
