SLS Houston is looking to hire an office assistant. The office assistant is the first person a customer sees when walking into the office. You must be professional, outgoing, and organized. Business attire is required.Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean reception area, including lounge and associated areas.
- Order and organize office supplies.
- Greet customers and tend to any of their needs.
- Update and maintain vehicle inventory within the system.
- Order parts and supplies from vendors.
- Answers phones, directs calls, takes and delivers messages.
- Handles all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Schedules and manages the shipping of vehicles.
- Digitally file documents and warranties.
- Running local errands is occasionally required.
- Assist all staff members with administrative tasks when asked.
- Vehicle Inventory Input
Qualifications:
- Must be able to multitask
- Good phone etiquette
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Technology skills
Working hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, One Saturday a month 10am-3pm
Pay Range:
$15-17
