    Estimator Primary Responsibilities

    • The Estimator will oversee and review project plans, requirements and specifications
    • Demonstrated leadership ability to coordinate a team to develop multi-disciplinary estimates
    • Determine labor and equipment costs
    • Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
    • Understand project logistics and project schedule
    • Understand all bid documents and assess project risks
    • Review quotes and estimates with the project team
    • Prepare estimates and different levels of completion (conceptual, schematic, DD, CD, etc.)
    • Orchestrate pre-construction duties and meeting with owners, clients and engineers
    • Serve as company interface between owner & architect
    • Responsible for developing leadership, motivation, and communication with owners, subs and project team

    Estimator Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience with sole estimating responsibility
    • Advanced computer skills with estimating software
    • Effective presentation skills
    • Advanced Computer skills with MS Office
    • Knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles
    • Understand all aspects of horizontal and infrastructure projects/interiors
