**Full Job Description- Office Assistant**We are looking to fill a spot for an office assistant, at a Mobile Home Park office in Santa Ana, CA. In need of someone reliable, able to multitask, and learn on the job.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones (2 line system)
- Scheduling appointments as needed
- Creating different documents
- Handling different projects (such as Inventory, event planning, etc )
- Open and close cleaning duties are shared by everyone at times
- Other assigned tasks
- Work is Indoors and Outdoors not only in office settings
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent
- At least one year in a customer servicerelated field of work
- Great listening and communication skills
- Ability to use Excel, Docs, Microsoft
- Ability to multitask is needed to do this position well
- Must be a team player, and willing to learn on the job
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
- Friendly but Firm
- Adaptability
Job Type:
Part Time (Minimum 25 hours)
Pay:
$19 to start possible increase after 90 day review
Schedule:
- Flexible between 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year plus (preferred)
