**Full Job Description

  • Office Assistant**We are looking to fill a spot for an office assistant, at a Mobile Home Park office in Santa Ana, CA. In need of someone reliable, able to multitask, and learn on the job.
This is a Part-time position that can lead to full-time in the future.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones (2 line system)
  • Scheduling appointments as needed
  • Creating different documents
  • Handling different projects (such as Inventory, event planning, etc )
  • Open and close cleaning duties are shared by everyone at times
  • Other assigned tasks
  • Work is Indoors and Outdoors not only in office settings

Skills & Qualifications:


  • High school diploma / GED or equivalent
  • At least one year in a customer servicerelated field of work
  • Great listening and communication skills
  • Ability to use Excel, Docs, Microsoft
  • Ability to multitask is needed to do this position well
  • Must be a team player, and willing to learn on the job
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Friendly but Firm
  • Adaptability

Job Type:
Part Time (Minimum 25 hours)

Pay:
$19 to start possible increase after 90 day review


Schedule:


  • Flexible between 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year plus (preferred)

  • English/Spanish (required)
