Hot 8 Yoga is GROWING and that means we are expanding our management team:
Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join our company.

Previous management experience is required.


Benefits:


  • Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $500)

Responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
  • Working a minimum of 40 instudio hours per week
  • Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
  • Tracking studio budget
  • Addressing daytoday maintenance needs
  • Processing payroll
  • Oversee inventory
  • Work 45 Front Desk shifts
  • Lots of cleaning all day every day
  • Lead Teacher Trainings
  • Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff
