Office Management Specialist (m/f/d) part-time (450€ basis)

Your tasks:

Support with various administrative tasks in the company:

  • Receiving incoming goods and delivery notes
  • Submitting applications, for example for photovoltaic systems and charging stations with energy providers
  • Answering customer inquiries over the phone

Bookkeeping tasks:


  • Invoicing
  • Managing open items
  • Payroll accounting (optional, upon agreement)

Your profile:

What you should bring:


  • Completed vocational training as an office clerk or a comparable qualification (even for beginners)
  • Proficiency in using common Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Word)

Work style:


  • Independent, reliable, solutionoriented and resultsdriven
  • Customerfriendly and serviceoriented demeanor
  • Enjoyment of work and motivated to tackle tasks
  • Willingness to try new things and improve processes

Desirable but not mandatory:


  • Relevant work experience as an office specialist (ideally in a trade company)
