Job Overview:


FE International is a dynamic and innovative M&A company dedicated to providing investment grade service to businesses within the Technology sector.


Responsibilities:


Calendar and Schedule Management:


  • Coordinate complex calendars for three executives, balancing professional and personal commitments.
  • Proactively manage schedules to optimize productivity and time efficiency.

Communication and Correspondence:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries on behalf of the executives.

Travel Coordination:


  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Ensure seamless travel experiences and provide necessary travel documentation.

Meeting Preparation and Documentation:


  • Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, both professional and personal.
  • Attend and document key meeting discussions, action items, and followups.

Expense Management:


  • Process and reconcile expense reports related to both professional and personal expenditures.
  • Track and manage budgets for various personal and professional activities.

Personal Tasks:


  • Handle personal errands, such as grocery shopping, appointment scheduling, and other personal administrative duties.
  • Coordinate personal events and special occasions as requested.

Confidentiality and Discretion:


  • Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Uphold a professional and discreet demeanor in all interactions.

Required Skills:


  • Motivated, energetic and organised individual;
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptionally detailoriented and results
- driven self-starter; and

  • Ability to prioritise work and manage.

Experience and Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field;
  • 710 years experience as an Executive Assistant;
  • Proficient in word and excel; and
  • Credible and resourceful.
  • 4 days in office

Salary:
$100k-$150k pa OTE
