    Requirements
    • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
    • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
    • Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
    • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
    • Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
    • Work well with others in a team setting.
    Job Description

    A Full-time Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT),position is now available in our state of the art 4 star sub-acute rehab department located in Dryker Heights in Brooklyn, NY. Convenient location to mass transit. Facility has a 137 bed capacity and offers ALF, ILF and Outpatient Rehab services. Therapists will perform treatments, patient family education, caregiver training while working with a diverse and friendly multi-disciplinary team that works well together.
