Our esteemed reputation has earned our Retail Solar Sales Representatives access to a perpetual flow of prospective leads at Home Depot retail locations.

In this role you will have the opportunity to introduce homeowners to the extensive benefits of solar, spending each day making a global impact by acting locally in the Hemet area scheduling pre-qualified in-home energy consultations.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a motivated attitude to exceed required daily performance goals
Approach and initiate conversations with prospective clients to explain the benefits of solar while offering a free inhome energy consultation with one of our Sales Consultants
Convert prequalified leads to scheduled appointments
Maintain a welcoming demeanor while effectively and professionally communicating solar energys benefits
Display professionalism befitting Current Homes and Home Depots esteemed reputations for topnotch customer service at all times
Employ uptodate knowledge of industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage
Dedicate to continual development via active participation in sales training, meetings, and reviews

Qualifications:

Sales or direct marketing experience in a retail setting preferred
Knowledgeable on the benefits of solar, or eager to learn
An appetite for success proven by past professional and personal achievements
Superior ability to utilize persuasive communication to pitch and close sales
An unshakeable upbeat, funloving attitude
Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
Availability Monday-Friday Weekends
Bilingual preferred
