TheIT Product Information Management (PIM) Administrator will play a crucial role in overseeing the functionality of the PIM platform, working closely with various teams to optimize product content and presentation. The IT PIM Administrator will be responsible for managing a corporate PIM platform and associated Ecommerce content syndication operations. Key requirements for the role include:

• Facilitating discussions between diverse teams
• Promoting collaboration and identifying new opportunities for exploration
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

The IT PIM Administrator is entrusted with driving an enterprise-level PIM program, aiming to eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's ability to deliver scalable and quality product content to multiple retail and distribution partners.

This role entails documenting requirements, establishing workflows, and generating reports to ensure all product content standards are met with precision. You will contribute to designing implementation strategies and delivering project outcomes within defined timelines.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing PIM and Syndication solutions. Building strong partnerships, fostering productive relationships with stakeholders, problem-solving, and providing project updates are key competencies required.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

1. PIM Program Management: Overseeing multiple projects and programs throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to established IT project management practices. Defining project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables.
2. Stakeholder Management: Establishing and nurturing relationships with business sponsors, functional leaders, and key stakeholders. Understanding their needs, expectations, and priorities while ensuring satisfaction with the PIM and Syndication solutions.
3. Solution Delivery: Ensuring the delivery of top-notch PIM solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT standards. Providing guidance on PIM and DAM best practices, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
4. Change Management: Supporting organizational change management activities associated with projects and programs. Encouraging the adoption of PIM and DAM platforms by end-users, providing necessary training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
5. Continuous Improvement: Evaluating the performance and benefits of PIM and DAM projects, identifying areas for enhancement and process optimization. Keeping updated on Ecommerce trends and best practices, along with strict adherence to deadlines and budget guidelines. Proficient in budget planning, presentation, and management.

Responsibilities: Product Content Management

1. Govern product content in PIM: Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent product information for dissemination across all channels. Monitoring product data quality and addressing discrepancies promptly.
2. Drive PIM Imports: Overseeing the data import process into the PIM, ensuring data validation and integrity. Collaborating with relevant teams to enhance data updates continually.
3. Drive the ERP Product Data File export: Coordination with IT teams to ensure ERP files contain all necessary information for ingestion into the PIM. Validating ERP data accuracy and completeness.
4. Own the Nutritional and Claims product data export: Managing the integration of nutritional product data into the PIM from the PLM system and data sources. Verifying data consistency and quality.

Responsibilities: Web Content Management and Syndication

1. Manage product feed from PIM to Websites: Collaborating with Website Admin to establish a reliable process for transferring product data from the PIM to company websites. Monitoring data synchronization and troubleshooting any issues.
2. Build and maintain different product types in PIM: Maintaining product information at various packaging levels and virtual product types for different contexts. Working with cross-functional teams to define product attributes and data requirements for diverse websites.
3. Build and maintain product data feeds to Retailers: Creating connections or exports to provide product content to retailers. Optimizing the process in collaboration with sales teams, ensuring accurate content syndication to major retailers.
4. GDSN and GS1: Ensuring current and accurate GDSN content in the PIM compliant with GS1 standards. Facilitating smooth data exchange between platforms.
5. Facilitate Ingestion of new Digital Assets: Collaborating with creative teams to receive high-quality digital assets for integration.

You will collaborate with:

• Master Data Management Team: Responsible for core ERP data and data feeds.
• Regulatory Team: Overseeing the PLM platform and nutritional data.
• IT BI Team and SAP HANA teams: Managing SAP export containing data and transformations for PIM and Syndication systems.
• Website Administrators: Partners in setting up products on company websites.
• Sales Teams: Providing import files for ecommerce systems.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field
• 4+ years experience in a CPG information systems environment
• 3+ years in PIM and Ecommerce Syndication platforms
• Experience in eCommerce and ERP systems
• Proficiency in Digital Asset Management platforms and tools
• Expertise in data manipulation and visualization tools
• Strong influencing skills and effective communication abilities
