- BSEE or equivalent degree in electrical engineering.
- Experience with power distribution systems including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers and panels.
- Proficiency in motor control centers such as motor starters, VFDs, DC Drives and control panels.
- Skilled in process control systems including PLCs, HMI systems and SCADA systems.
- Knowledgeable in instrumentation and sensors like pressure transmitters and temperature/flow/level sensors.
- Familiarity with electrical safety systems including emergency stop systems and arc flash protection.
- In-depth understanding of industry standards like NEC and IEC.
- Expertise in safety standards for industrial environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing PLC-based process control and automation systems.
- Proficiency in automation protocols and communication networks for industrial applications.
- Designing electrical components for industrial machinery and infrastructure.
- Implementing process control strategies using DCS or PLC systems.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry codes and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Monitoring energy usage through energy management systems to optimize efficiency.
- This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday during the first shift hours.
- ITAR work regulations are applicable; therefore US Citizenship or Green Card status is required.
- No security clearance is necessary for this role.
