Description
We are seeking a technical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Engineering Assistant.The Engineering Assistant will provide technical support to our engineering team, as well as play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient creation and maintenance of CAD designs and Bills of Materials for our products.
This position requires an electronics background, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

A variety of Covid products can be found in courtrooms, auditoriums, lecture halls, board rooms, patient rooms, and many high-profile government installations throughout the country.
Responsibilities
- Support engineering department in the development, design and testing of company products and components.
- Prepares technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams using CAD software.
- Create and maintain detailed BOMs for all products, including components, assemblies, subassemblies, and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance to gather input, resolve issues, and address changes to BOMs.
- Assists with the troubleshooting and repair of company products.
- Provide general support to engineering and manufacturing departments.
- Conduct research and analysis to support engineering projects.
Skills
- Electronics degree or training.
- Knowledge of electrical principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Understanding of BOM structures, components, and manufacturing processes.
- Must possess a high attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
