KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works in a safe manner.
Responds to PM work orders for a wide variety of instore equipment which include, but may not be limited to minor repairs of HVAC, minor repairs to Refrigeration, hot beverage equipment (ex. coffee, cappuccino), cold beverage equipment (ex. tea, Fountain, FBD, FCB, creamer machine), fountain/backroom ice makers, hot food equipment (ex. fryers, griddles tortilla presses, ovens, roller grills, warmers), fuel dispensers (ex. printers, displays card readers, hanging hardware) etc.
Responsible for replacing 'plug and play' equipment as needed
Responsible for ordering and management of parts inventory on truck
Trains PM I techs as needed
Schedules and prioritizes duties and work assignments on a daily basis
Completes required reports and paperwork daily to account for the time and use of parts and materials
Completes preventative and basic maintenance on structures and other equipment
Reads, interprets, and follows procedures described in service manuals per manufacturer guidelines
Minor repairs to equipment (such as hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, decals, HVAC filters, water filters, etc. ) as needed
Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by management
Available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on an oncall emergency basis, in addition to a normal work schedule.
